The Scarlett Arms is a traditional British pub that serves great food!
We believe in creating our menus from local sustainable produce. We refresh our menu regularly to provide a seasonal choice of food for all our customers.
Our Head Chef Adrian Park has provided a high level of cuisine for over 7 years. Adrian says, ‘I’m passionate about food, as it gives me the chance to create and express myself freely. I love sourcing local ingredients and look forward to putting my ideas onto a plate for the people of Surrey to enjoy.’
With his Level 3 Professional Cookery, Adrian started his career in a Gastropub in a village called Partridge Green, near Horsham. His first role was as a Kitchen Porter, then he progressed to become a Chef De Partie. To further his experience and knowledge, he spent a year working at a Five Star Country House Hotel in Sussex and several pubs, before joining the team at The Scarlett Arms.
The Scarlett Arms is part of the Hall & Woodhouse Family. We ensure we have a wide range of ale, lagers, ciders and spirits to compliment the food on offer.
We can seat up to 54 guests throughout the pub and in the summer further seating in our large garden is available.
